Abstract
Polycrystalline Cd0.75Sn0.25Se thin films with different thicknesses were deposited by single source on glass substrates maintained at room temperature. The lattice parameters for synthesized Cd0.75Sn0.25Se powder are determined. The structural, electrical, optical and photoelectrical properties of these films were studied and are reported.
