Abstract

A new platinum plating hath based on Pt(HzO)~2 complex has heen synthesized. The bath is characterized by UV-Visible and electrochemical methods. The plating behavior of the bath was studied as a function of concentration, current densities and pH. The resullo; are presented and discussed.
